This estate has 4 full bathrooms. There is one bathroom in the master bedroom that has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bathroom is connected to one of the upstairs rooms with a queen bed. This bathroom also has a door that opens to the hall. Bathroom two has a shower, and a double sink. The third bathroom is upstairs connected to the king bedroom adjacent to the den. This bathroom also has a second door connecting to the hall and den. In this bathroom, you will find a shower and double sink. The last bathroom is a full bathroom that is located down stairs. It is the common bathroom for the downstairs as well as the down stairs room that has a King bedroom . Maximum of 10 guests allowed.

Ordinance No. 847 that regulates noise which includes quiet hours between 10pm and 7am..
Ordinance No. 915 that regulates the use of outdoor lighting.
Ordinance No. 924 that regulates public nuisances.
Ordinance No. 927.2 that regulates the use of privately owned residential dwellings as short-term rentals.
